Yong Tau Foo or Yong Toa Foo is variations kind of famous delicacy mainly made with fish paste. Originate from the Chinese but now it's One Malaysian dish. Then only I knew there are several more type of Yong Toa Foo, but sold in most nite market in Malaysia are "halal" so that the Muslim people can eat.
